As hated as the current Warriors are, no team since 2000 was hated like 2010-2014 Miami Heat. None.

Brehs Miami Heat 2010-2014 brought the casuals to hate on them
the entire media to hate on them
the entire basketball world to hate on them
even people who never cared about the NBA or basketball suddenly got heated when they learned that Bron chose the Miami Heat, abandoned the poor down on its luck little hard-working american city of Cleveland(:mjpls:)and joined forces with Wade/Bosh, and fiercely wanted them to lose.

racist cacs and non-blacks, kobe stans, :mjpls: stans, Bird/Magic etc, celtics fans, bulls fans, spurs fans, everyone!

even feminists hated bron and da heat for toxic masculinity :dead:

old school basketball purists hated the Heat big 3 because they felt they didnt win their chips the traditional way

This is something that's sorely missing from the league now. Legit the only reason the warriors catch any heat is because of how good they are. It's mostly 90's stans that are angry over them. Everyone reacted strongly one way or another about the Heat, and the funniest thing is that they all did what most fans say they want to see players do, which is check their egos at the door and prioritize winning as a team instead of worrying about who had the biggest contract or whose team it is, who gets the most credit, whether they're playing on a new team as opposed to staying where they're already at.

the warriors arent hated though...their fans take it as hate whenever someone says anything that isnt praising/ass-kissing, but that's not hate...like you said: the heat were truly hated....mainly cause that's the instance bron showed that the players had the power, which many didnt like....hence people crediting him with creating super teams, even though super teams have always existed in the league....him/players doing it = bad, the wrong way to do it; owners/gms doing it = good, the right way to do it....lol yea right....

Warriors are hated like the snob rich kids who always had a life of privilege. Its not really hate, but jealousy and when we see them, we accept that some people get fortunate and blessed in life like that, and leave it at that.

Heat was pure hateful envy and disbelief. Like how these uppity negros dare to choose their own destiny and make their own choices...how players could betray their city and be so disloyal lol, they think they are bigger than the game, etc

they didnt win in a traditional way etc

Stop this revionist history. Bron was hated because he came across as a bytch and it looked it like a bytch move. The reaction to the 2011 finals was a prime example of that. Nikkas ain't care if Lebron had "power" he wasn't the first or the last player to leave in free agency. The warriors/KD don't receive that kind of hate because we all seen this story play out with Bron.

You right, but take "The Decision" and that pep rally out of it and that hate is cut at least in half.
The Cavs threw a Kendrick Lamar concert for fans on opening night (and subsequently lost to the Knicks:dead:) and it was celebrated as "aww, look at that poor city with its loyal, diehard fans. They deserve it"

Heat threw a private pep rally for season ticket holders that was only broadcasted on local TV and the narrative was "look how arrogant they are"

Lot of hypocrites in the Media exposed themselves when Bron went back to Cleveland :mjpls:

When Durant came back to OKC after leaving, that crowd was p*ssy shyt compared to the heat Lebron got after leaving CLE

These guys were legit rockstars having must see games, Heatles era was too GOAT man them 2 rings are so special. Such a fun time.
My boy tried to tell me KD more hated than Lebron was back then :mjlol:

That "not five, not six, not seven" line was arrogant as fukk. No other way to spin that. Can't say that the media wasn't on some bullshyt with him, but he brought it on himself with all the antics.
