As long as the entire country wants to live on the coast this problem will never go away.

the entire world population can fit in Texas, there’s space in this country if you want it :unimpressed:
There's a lot more to the coasts than ny and cali. We looking to settle Vermont (for bp). :win:

I see alot of exposure in this thread alot of group think...i dont know any solutions but i understand the plight rich people hate poor people and homelessness will drive you mentally ill...and in chicago in deep freeze weather there is shelters filled because nobody wants to freeze even tho many do..plus they are crazy crazy people in the world...the shelters be inhumane and sleeping outside can be better at times...plus everybody aint strong and give up...but to think that people that are homelessness need to be separated is sickening..plans fail most of the us is a paycheck away from destitution.. And hell with extreme proverty when I'm starving and don't have a warm place to sleep...you need to see homelessness to be in tuned with whats life is like...there is no getting rid of a problem....to see the posts is alot cac sh1t...we can all become destitute..

San Francisco has almost no black folks left. :picard:Literally, SF has had the worst case of black flight of any major city. I'm from Frisco so I know. My old neighborhood is mostly Asian now. The remaining blacks in SF concentrated in shytty housing projects that are getting tore down every year. Even Oakland bleeding it's black population and Oakland was the chocolate city of the west. Most Bay Area black folks got pushed into the Valley, had to move down south and all of the street nikkas dead or locked up or turned into knocks. The only black people who still can afford to live in SF are nikkas from the hood bossed up majorly and own several lucrative businesses and are millionaires. If you ain't on the wave, you cain't make it in the Bay in 2020 bruh.

SF always been a homeless mecca because no one freezes to death or dies of heat stroke because of the year round mild weather plus being a known drug mecca since the 60's, really the Opium den days. shyt is going to get worse in the years to come because the Bay has always been ahead of the curve in many ways. The aggressive gentrification, the ethnic cleansing of black folks, the widening gap between rich and poor, rising homelessness will all be common in more places in Amerikkka in the near future. :stopitslime:

SF is getting gentrified by Asians. They're the ones making the housing market so costly for the average person.

SF been gentrified by many different folks. First it was the hipsters in the Mission district pushing out the Latinos. Then it was the techies pushing out the hipsters. Then international banks and oligarchs pushed out the techies. :leostare:Asians gentrifying the ghetto areas in SF like Lakeview because white folks didn't know places like Lakeview exist. And Asians always been in Lakeview in small numbers but took over once the neighborhood crime rate started to dip a lil bit in the early 2000's from the 80's/90's crime wave when black folks originally started leaving SF hoods en masse. Minorities gentrify many Cali hoods because white folks be scared to move in or white folks with money just refuse to live in certain areas, :martin:but all that is changing especially in the Bay. Just like how Mexicans took over Compton and East Palo Alto.

Please explain how liberal politics created this issue that has always been around but is just no too big to ignore.

High taxes making it expensive to live.

Over regulation making it harder to build housing, which increases the value of existing housing, which raises property taxes on existing property, which makes it more expensive to live.

High taxes and over regulation making it difficult for businesses to make money, which causes them to flee, which means less jobs, which means less income for citizens.

And a bonus, the liberal hivemind and their love of big cities, expensive coffee, and partying causing gentrification as they all flock together from city to city raising property values even higher

You know damn well the jobs left because capitalists knew they can make more in India, Mexico and China.:stopitslime:

Lack of Jobs isnt the problem with SF and Seattle, in fact it's the opposite, too many jobs and no real estate.

I cant speak for LA but with SF and Seattle, it's not just over regulation they simply have no room. SF is damn near a peninsula surrounded by the Bay and Seattle has the Cascades to the East and Elliot Bay, and the Sound to the West, the Boonies and Canada to the North. The Seattle sprawl is making it's way South, damm near to Oregon.
