i love best buy with a passion. besides the wait in the CS line I've had none of these problems and i get maaaaaad free shyt thanks to reward zone. everything that i can buy at best buy, i buy it there. i wish they sold clothes
My pops spent a shytLOAD there for years, so they did whatever he asked them to for us.

The only one I'm kinda leery of is CompUSA. Back in the day I copped some RAM that was the wrong speed and dude tried to play me like I was wrong and didn't want to give a refund.

look the purpose of these retail rewards programs is for you to buy everything there. for best buy this is a system that really works.

side note: fyi if you get a gap credit card they reward the fukk outta you too

I can download openoffice or libreoffice and save myself the money.
It's gotten to the point that whenever I buy a laptop from them I stop them dead in their tracks and tell them that I am installing Ubuntu right from the jump so none of their services apply to me.
