There's always a long minute wait at the return counter for anything. Honestly the decline of the big box electronic retail store makes me sad cause I hate buying stuff online. When they switched me from reward zone elite to my best buy elite plus and cut my return period from 60 days to 45 it was bullshyt. How you get to a store 5 minutes after it opens and there's a 30 minute wait to see someone?

I stopped shopping there ages ago, at this point I buy just about all my electronics/gaming stuff online, not like waiting a few days is a big deal.

Same here. The chomecast is the only time where I can say I needed to go there.... Hadn't went through the checkout line before then in a long ass time..

but the convenience of living by a best buy is underrated. it's nice to be able to go and check out electronics in person.. not to mention appliances.

I paid $750 cash for a camera earlier this year & it turned out to be shytty so I took it back and they told me since it was over $500 and was a cash payment I had to wait until they mailed me a check... the fukk?

Said its been their policy for some years now... took 3 weeks to get the check then another 10 days before it cleared... won't shop there again... took my money quick as hell and made me wait a month and some change before I got it back...
