Smack/URL & KOTD are THE main stages. They are both major leagues that cater to very different audiences. They are both on the same tier. There is not one that is bigger than the other.

Smack/URL is a street league.
KOTD is more diverse.

Each has it's own minor league.
The Proving Ground is the minor league for Smack/URL.
Prove Yoself/Ground Zero is the minor league for KOTD

Smack/URL is based in the US.
KOTD is based in Canada.
