I understand that its hard for you to understand so lemme break it down. from March to July (when ever i reach my bodyfat goal) im doing 2 a days. i do my cardio/ab training in the morning and weight lifting at night
i wake up 6AM and go jogging monday thru friday. i alternate between running outside and in the gym. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday i do my cardio in the gym because i do core and ab work while im there.

i lift 4 days on and one day off since im advanced. my body usually heals fast. plus i could have more intense workouts and maximize my gains
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest & Tricep
Day 3: Back & Bicep
Day 4: Shoulders & Traps
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Repeat
i stopped recording my lifting cause i cant lift what i use to lift since im cutting
im already diesel. once i get my body fat down ima be fukkin even more bytches
