As time go on, do you think people will reminisce about the Covid lockdowns?

I can see Gen Alpha and maybe even the younger Gen Z crowd looking back at it and thinking “damn, remember when the streets and stores were empty and we did not have to go to school but instead stayed in the house and played the PS4 and watch netflix and scrolled Tik Tok/Twitter all day? :ohhh:

Crazy how long ago Covid seemed now.

I think about Covid era all the time. It was a dire situation and many people lost their lives. I remember how states were banning travel from other states. The shortages and hoarding by were crazy too.

The silver lining for me is it helped me repair the bond between my lady and I. Spending all that time together brought out the best in our relationship and made us stronger.

I’m still remote but that shyt was crazy.

The deaths were wack.

Once it got contained though and everyone was vibing at home chillin, playing video games, watching movies, spending time with loved ones. Basically showing how much a waste of time going into the office was. Everyone was straight up playing video games or watching movies all day and still getting work done.

Never forget how many Republicans were in a rush to go back into the office.

Brown nosers :snoop:

Remember how many Republicans out there were protesting to go back into office:

I know some people actually needed to be on site and got laid off, I understand all that. I’m talking about the large amount of people who had work and were trying to get everyone back in the office to please their boss and win brownie points.

Not to mention people behaving like legit animals because someone was wearing a mask and trying to protect their health. Spitting at others and licking surfaces.

What species are those people?

I still can’t believe so many Republicans were in a rush to go back into the office.

The Truth
Yeah

Crazy times…

people fighting against basic hygiene, wearing masks when sick (normal shyt in some places), selling toilet paper on the street, hoarding toilet paper in general (tf?), relationships being ruined because of TOO much time at homes they hated, etc.

Pros and cons. I didn’t mind the masks, didn’t mind less people around but traveling was inconvenient and people have gone full retard after in every possible way. A lot of small businesses and fun places closed up. And a lot of people actually died.

Catching covid wasn’t fun twice.

Glad I’m not the only one who reminisces the pandemic era 😅 I still think about that shyt today. I was in a good space. I had just got a new crib, new whip, was moving up at work, and I met my wife lol.

The lockdown was GOAT. A time of my life I’ll never forget.

I was still on the road for work, so I got to experience multiple cities that were more or less empty. Was eye opening taking in a new place without the hustle and bustle that would usually be happening.

The clubs / bars that were open during the lockdown were LIT. The people that were out prioritized turning up over the safety of themselves and their family… general life of debauchery.
