This is one of the best points in the thread. People need to stop the delusion that IQ, GRE, SAT, and other tests are perfect quantifiers of intelligence, success, achievement, etc. After a certain threshold, it's self evident that there are heavily diminishing returns. Also, they need to stop pretending that valuing diversity is simply some moralistic behavior and charity in order to achieve social harmony. There is definitely value in diversity of thought.
But....my problem is: They have a right to bring the issue up and have it examined. It kinda shocks me how many people in this thread are on some "Screw them. Let's get ours"-tip. Or some "Asians always do this and that...they are all like this and that..." It's crazy how many people on this board use the exact same logic and reasoning as the racists they oppose. Sounding like the "white devils" you always condemn and don't even realize it.

The complaint is that Asian students with perfect test scores and grades alongside an excellent EC or two are rejected from schools that they are already at a 75% test score and GPA threshold for. And as minorities, this makes it prejudiced.
Either you guys are complete dense because you saw some Asian kids cheating at your school, or you're just stupid, either way this was already won in a court case a few years ago
If I was Asian and was rejected from a school because of my race I'd be pissed off too, especially when I know I'm a far better student than the others who got accepted, particularly the White students.
The schools want diversity and don't want a million super nerd Asians in their schools. I don't see a problem with it and I want the policy to continue. The policy helps black people, which is what the American government and colleges are supposed to do abiding by affirmative action. In other words, the US government owes black people spots in college, it owes Asians and Indians nothing.
I could care less what happens to Asians or INdians, just like Asians and Indians could give a shyt what happens to me or black people. American schools don't owe Asians anything. The USA was created with white and black people in tow --- not Asians or Indians. If Asian who came here after the 1960s don't like affirmative action, a promise made to blacks before Asians even lived in the USA, they can go back to China.

I don't care what Asians are doing and whether they cheat. American colleges and the American government owes black people. This is why affirmative action was created. American colleges and the American government don't owe Asians anything. Don't like it? Go back to India.

My issue is when black people complain about things like this, we are told to stop complaining and it gets turned around into being our own fault. Why is it only valid once the Asians complain? Its basically like people have this illogical position that "when the system fukks over blacks it's working properly, but when the system fukks me over then it's a problem, but I don't want to completely scrap the system to help everybody because some blacks might profit, I just want my specific issue fixed."
Like I said earlier, they came here voluntarily on their own terms. America became a superpower so fast because of black slavery, and for them to turn around and just expect a spot at the table is hilarious. Like the other dude said, if america isn't going to flat out pay reparations, then whatever little benefits blacks receive can't be haggled over by third party new nikkas.

Yea... A lot of cheating going on. shyt opened my eyes. Also a lot of crooked shyt too. A lot of scheming ass shyt I was exposed to by Asians. There's a group that work hard and a group that scam.
Blacks are seen as lazy, complainers and a group that wants things handed to them. This is how they see us and it will likely never change. They don't even realize how much the black struggle has helped them.

We did. The rest of us grouped up in study groups. The difference was we didnt have years versions of tests to study off of. We had to study the whole semester curriculum while the rest had the tests of pervious years AND the current test once it was sent over.
