He's at the same level if not above Wayne was at his peak

It seems like Drake, Eminem, Kanye, Jay Z and Lil Wayne are probably the most relevant, mainstream and iconic rappers of 2010+. they're household names no doubt

Wayne has no presence outside the U.S. similar to pre Blueprint 3 Jay*....Their proteges are far better global attractions
