Growing up, I can't recall ever hearing an Eminem song on a rap station. He was always on the "hot" radio station with the Black Eyed Peas and Britney Spears.

I don't think a lot of cats have visited any European country, talk about relevancy in places you've never been to...
England is one indicator but not the best, the people who do arena tours in US do arena tours in the UK; that is Drake, Kanye, Wayne and Eminem (doesn't tour).

Nowadays it's hard to tell who the 2nd biggest one is, Yeezus was an odd concept album so we don't know where Kanye is at right now.
Drake has a lot of young people, teenage girls and shyt just like the US. Jays concerts was really mixed all from awkwardly looking mid 30s cacs or whatever to hood cats blowing drow basically like the US.

Moving outside of the UK I think Jays name is a lot stronger, Obama's friend, Beyonces man, hiphop legend, JT and Coldplay are his dikkriders, crazy paparazzi's, rich as fukk and all that.
But Drake is breathing down his neck in northern and continental Europe, definitely not with the people who know what's up. Mostly due to the fact that he has the most hits and arguably makes the best music of commercial rappers.
