The most important ones are CCPN Security and CISSP. The ones are pretty insignificant to be honest (A+, CCNA, CCNA Secuirty, MCP, etc).

Yeah, but don't expect to get a job doing network support. Start with helpdesk (focus on Windows troubleshooting). IMO it's easier to get a job as a lvl 1 help desk cat than network support. Helpdesk pays decent money though. Depending where you live you can make 35-45k/yr. My 1st gig (after my internship ended) I made 45k/yr.

I'm aiming for that, NOC or something like HD. I got a couple driving pc tech using my own car for 28 a year and I turned it down.
