Also, my dad has direct tv. He always calls to bytch and they give him all kinds of free HBO, stars, etc for months at a time.

I used to do that with Amazon Prime for the free month until i just gave up paid the annual price.

I love Comcast. Been with them for years and have been rewarded for my loyalty. I've only had minor issues with customer service, but for the most part they're good.

Comcast has the best bundling options, which ultimately make it the best overall value of the 3, even tho Comcast is shytty in their own right.

If you take your TV shyt very serious, and got guap and don't care about paying a lot for TV every month, DirecTV is the play. And @Dolla$ can't come dispute that on some Comcast stan shyt

The navigation, apps(partnership with EA where you can play games now), interface and voice remote feature is so fukking godly

Have you even gone to install some cable and someone's house was just levels of filthy? You ever had to go cut somebody cable off & got cussed out? Is that how it works? Idk my parents pay their bills. Share some fukkery stories.

The non native English speakers are invariably the ones in the billing department.That is so f^cking annoying.
My billing was screwed up so often and the lousy data usage cap they enacted made me switch to another provider.

blame outsourcing but yea that's one of the major complaints us techs have about that. Probably our lone weak spot. shyt is usually smooth was a customer is able to interact with someone that speaks English(aka me)

Our Customer service does need to improve though. One thing I would suggest is to be cool with a tech and let him be your point man. Might not be able to help you with everything but can easily escalate things for you
