I know this sounds rather depressing, but I don't feel that there's anything special about me. I don't mean I suck, I'm just a normal person…regular, black and female. Most people do think I'm rather weird though...

Yes. I find myself doing this a lot. I try to have conversations with people about more than "surface" level things, but sometimes it just can't happen. To avoid the awkwardness, I just go with the flow, if you catch my drift.

3.) Who would you say has had the biggest influence on your life?

Probably my grandmother. She really is the epitome of altruism. She gives homeless people food, invites them into her house, drug addicts, etc. She's very religious, and while I don't necessarily share her views, just to see her unwavering faith and heart could make anyone believe. I promise, I can't remember the last time she has had a job or money, but she never worries, and the bills somehow get paid. She is the sweetest person I know, and I'm not just saying that because she's my grandma. She has the most kind heart, and if all Christians were like she is, people wouldn't be so apt to brush them off...
