gentrification.I take the E train and the R to work and my stop is Roosevelt Ave then to grand ave and if you ride that line you know no low lives get off there. Just whites getting ready flood Jackson heights and long time Asian and Spanish people. At night you get bums on the train but they cracked down on them earlier this year so it's much better now. Going to work u rarely get a seat but going home it's fine. Now what I want to know is how the hell did 23st Ely stop get 90% white all off a sudden, I had plans to move there but now the rent must be crazy . Edit : I don't work in transit I run a design showroom .
