Rap is music and it can be beautiful and full of uplifting knowledge or it can be in this case, ugly and used as a tool for hate.
The hate comes from violent gang culture. Fix the violent gang issue and rap in that area of Chicago can go back to being great again.
If police isn't working then the neighborhood watch should form a militia led by some hard dudes who get results.
Weak solutions keep being introduced into a tough situation.
Look at how the wild west was won. It was tamed by bad dudes given badges and ocassionally, military intervention.
This is one of those cases where the bad people have to actually be exterminated to let the good people prosper. It happens all throughout history. You can talk peace this blacklivesmatter that, yadda yadda, it's not gonna kill the weeds choking out the flowers in the garden.
Now lets talk about how even though this has been going on for so long why the White man has not really done anything about it. Most don't care and they hope the niccas kill each off even more cause we keep reproducing at an alarming rate in spite of the violence. That's why only the Black man can fix Chicago. The militant Black man.
This is why we needed the Black Panther Party. They helped Black communities a lot. They cared and provided the knowledge and the self defense needed to solve our own problems. The White man got scared cause he knew once we were able to fix our own problems, we would then be able to fix all of America's problems and they ain't wanna relinquish control over America. It's a power struggle.
The good news is that the Black Panther Party movement never truly went away. It's an idea that will last and maybe someday they can clean up Chicago again. Cause unless the white man murders all the violent gangs to fix the problem the only other solution is for the people of Chicago to fix it themselves through a movement.
