Haven’t played this yet but I got it during that target b2g1 free sale. Just got Origins and Odyssey from the PSN store for $25 so I guess I’ll be playing those first

You probably coulda gotten the gold edition of this on deep sale with the DLC by the time you get to it just like those other 2

That’s probably true but I honestly wasn’t planning on getting the other 2, just seemed like a good deal. And this one ended up being free basically since I got 2K and Cyberpunk as part of that deal

I'm enjoying this game

Odyssey was better

Still fun though :yeshrug:

I think that's because England is lame as fukk historically and geographically. At least with Greece you get the island culture, the contrast between Spartans and Athenians, varied topography.
Literally 80% of the biggest map is relatively flat.

And also, if you aren't English most of these people have no meaning to you.
With Origins and Odyssey they were pulling on representations of really known figures and stories like Cleopatra, Plato, Herodotus, Socrates, Julius Caesar, etc.
Alfred the Great and Ivarr the Boneless ain't got the same name in the streets in 2020.
