Don't get me wrong, I love seeing Dallas styling on Houston when it come to pro sports.

But lets not act as if the Ballpark in Arlington doesn't turn into Fenway Park when they play the Red Sox. There are probably as many Red Sox fans in DFW, as there are Rangers fans.

This is what happens when your team is losing 100 games plus year in year out. Nobody is intrestered in the Astros. Drayton drove this team into the ground and fukked up our farm system. Now Crane has to start from the bottom. It gets like this when the Braves and Cubs come to town. I love my Astros and really hate to see this.

That's not a good example, b/c Ranger games will still sell out against even a team like the Angels or somebody else.

I remember my freshman year at UT there was this soro chick in one of my group projects who would rock a red sox cap one day and a yankees cap the next day. I had to sit her down one day at lunch and breakdown to her how stupid she looked.

with the Rockets there were no high expectations for the Rockets last year..Lin to me was just a money grab. When Harden go traded and we started winning the fans didnt realize what kind of teams they had cause you couldnt even watch the games on TV . You couldnt even go to a local sports bar to watch the games cause of the direct tv/Astros situiation

i was listening to the radio not to long ago they are NOT EVEN CLOSE to getting a deal done

Crane and Luhow are doing it right way to build the team. Only place I think they should spend money is the bullpen. I swear they blow a lead in the 8th and 9th all the damn time. Once the Springers, Singleton, Appeal, Desheilds McCullers start coming up in 2015 or earlier we should be a slight bit better.

Some of ya'll make it clear that ya'll don't know wtf you're talking about. Texans have been sold out since day one. Texans had a buzz in this city since day 1. Texans games have been the number 1 tailgating spot since day 1. Of course the fanbase is swelling more and more each year since that's what happens with expansion franchises.

As far as the Astros if any of ya'll knew shyt about baseball ya'll would know that the ownership has pissed off the fans for years and that Houston was a pretty good baseball city up until recently (better than Dallas' hating asses other than VERY recently and the years after they opened the stadium). Then there's the whole pissing off the fanbase even more because of the tv rights deal. The perception is that the Astros are "blocking" people from watching Rockets games so that just adds another layer to it. Houstonians aren't eager to give Jim Crane money right now.

Same thing with the Mavs. Ya'll are bandwagoners in basketball just like Houston. I guess ya'll were selling out every night with Rolondo Blackman...
