I personally don’t know too many seriously Christian black men in the church. If they are really into religion, it’s other religion.

Only time I really see BM in the chirch is if theyre being dragged along by family or actually have something invested into the church (Pastor, Deacon, Bishop, etc).

Even my grabdad was buried catholic, did work around church grounds, but was never really in church except for weddings and funerals. Not saying he wasn’t a believer, I just don’t get too many conversations about God with black men unless they subscribe to another religion (Hebrew, Muslim, etc.)

This was the case even 15+ years ago

when I worked with former coli poster Sirbiatch and he was in his 20's he was going to these type of mixers and being the only dude there surrounded by middle aged women. we laughed at him hard in the office. these things always attracted more women than men and yes more washed women than anything.
