Marty Schottenheimer got fired for constantly shytting the bed in the playoffs, that had nothing to do with front offices not liking him.
And then they brought in fukking Norv Turner who does nothing but shyt the bed.

#WDFWUUntil half their fukking team ended up on IRThe rumblings about Harbaugh have been there since the beginning. They have always been saying certain players didnt like him, the team wasnt behind him, etc. Until recently, the team was winning enough to keep all that quiet.
thats not the reason why we didnt make the playoffs though.Until half their fukking team ended up on IR
they did go one step further with norv thoAnd then they brought in fukking Norv Turner who does nothing but shyt the bed.![]()

All those injuries, being in that division, I could see it being the reason why. A single .500 season after going to 3 straight conference championships is a retarded fukking reason to fire someone. It's not like you guys were winning Super Bowls every other year before Harbaugh got there. Its been almost 2 decades. Your owner is a moron regardless. Just my opinion, of course, but it's an easy one to come to after watching how he's handled this the past 5 monthsthats not the reason why we didnt make the playoffs though.
He generally may be a tough person to deal with. Folks at Stanford and San Diego will tell you Harbaugh wears thin on people. But I still feel like as successful as the 49ers have been all parties should have found a way to make this work.
I do have a feeling he'll probably be at Michigan for 4 or 5 years then head back to the NFL.

I wouldn't be surprised.I could of swear Harb has been manipulated a "guilt free" escape plan the past two seasons.....

Real shytHARBAUGH GOT SNAKED.
As a Packers fan, I've always hated the 49ers, but I actually kind of feel for Harbaugh here
You see, there are wolves and there are snakes. Harbaugh is a wolf (or a lion, or an alpha, or a real nukka, w/e you like to call it), and the thing about us wolves is that snakes will always hate on our very existance. They hate our confidence, they hate the fact that we aren't afraid of confrontation, they hate the fact that girls like us, and they hate the fact that men respect us.
Snakes always plot on wolves behind the scenes in ways they can't be caught. They work to change the perception people have of a man, they try to ruin his reputation, and slander his character. They set him up to fail, and make him look incompetent to the public.
Harbaugh is a fellow wolf, and I know this situation all to well.
Pretty much all the injuries happened on the defensive side on the ball. We had a stacked offense and had the worst performance out of it since 2007, with the best roster we've had since 2002. Someone had to answer for this jags/jets like offense. Harbaugh doesn't do anything on defense, he's supposed to be an offensive guru. Harbaugh refused to fire his idiot oc and is in fact bringing him to Michigan. The offense has recessed heavily with the best talent the team has seen, and basic things like not getting delay of game penalties or wasting timeouts are still an ongoing issue for years. All those injuries, being in that division, I could see it being the reason why.
