If your single, your going to have to learn how to cook in this environment.I will say going into the store is always a bad idea. Because your going to see stuff and buy on a whim. Better to use instacart, that way you only order what you need. And have time to make corrections if the price is crazy. Yeah I pay more in fees and a tip. But I spend about 50-75$ more when I go into a store and thats just junk for myself. Gotta start learning the value of rice and a casserole.

This is not inflation, this is price gouging. Look at these companies quarterly earnings.

The Coli was correct. None of that caused inflation. :umad:

The Supply Chain is in shambles + the value of the dollar is decreasing

1. A bad Supply Chain raises the prices of manufacturing and shipping costs, which in turn makes the goods more expensive on the Retail level
2. A decreasing value of the dollar means the prices of everything is going up on top of that your spending power decreases as well

This common sense Economics 101

The fact that these posts got daps :skip:

Use store rewards and coupons when and where you can. May not be much but 75 cents off here and dollar or two off there does help.

Also buy items at the larger size that are only a little bit more in price than the smaller size of the same item. You'll get more value for your buck and the item will last you longer before having to purchase it again.

Speaking from the perspective of a single bruh, so I know that ain't everybody's situation on here.

Lol,my mama was a casserole master:wow:

3 boxes of macoroni noodles-$2.25 for all 3
1 bag of cheese=$3
3 cans of tuna=$2.25
1 bottle of salsa=$2.50
2 cans cream of mushroom=$1 each

Thats about 12$ and should last you for about 3 or 4 days
