People who post this, never post what THEY bought at the store, how much it cost and how long it lasted

Cause they ain't doing it. What they actually do is eat out, then blame their desire to eat out on "it's cheaper." Or they post a list of shyt you pop in the microwave or oven, but never any ingredients or stories of what they made from scratch

I spent $75 dollars to make a pot of Red Beans:

Tony Chachere's
Camellia Red Beans 4x
Smoked Turkey Necks 3x
Jasmine Rice 5lbs.
Garlic
Celery 1lb bag
Bell Pepper 3x
Yellow Onion 3x

Back in 2015 that would been $50 bucks

[Generally speaking,] if you aren't using your grocery's app and bussin' them coupons, you lost. Saved $42 on a $100 trip with my shaw's app. They are an Albertson's chain, so there should be an equivalent in damn near every state.
