Kurt in his prime was amazing in the ring, really not to be fukked with by anyone. Triple H is probably better as a character, but in the ring in his prime Kurt is waaaayyyy better than Trips

hhh meets kurt.

in their primes.

one match to decide it for all times.

who wins and how.

Kurt Angle has Haitch in the ankle lock, corporate goons jump on the apron, ref turns around to get them off, Kurt lets haitch go to deal with the corporate goons, turns back around catches a sledgehammer to the face, 1 2 3 is probably how that would go

They had a whole big feud when both were in their prime actually and if I remember it correctly mostly it went like that

so you presume that in the ultimate showdown, hhh would be the heel?

would angle therefore be the face?

Could've been the first to officially make Bret tap :ohhh:

But still Angle's >>>
When the big top face turns heel, they tap all of a sudden. Austin REFUSED to tap as a face after WM 13, right? The night after WM 17, Rock put him in that sharpshooter and he was tapping out for the first time ever as the Stone Cold character:laugh:

Angle is a better heel than face. He's alright as a face but the heel stuff is why he is what he is in the business. He was around so long that fans fell for his shyt and started cheering for him over the last several years...this whole Cena backlash started with Kurt Angle...which is something that no one discusses too much.

A prime Kurt Angle was awesome on the mic and a beast of a worker. Angle blows Triple H out of the water in terms of the caliber of matches that he could put on, moveset, etc.

Angle is probably the best crossover from real combat sports into pro wrestling, and he picked it up FAST. I remember reading an article about Angle online when he was in Ohio Valley before he debuted in the E and as soon as he was on the main show he seemed fairly seasoned.

I don't know in kayfabe who had more titles or accomplishments, but Angle was more entertaining IMO, both inside and outside of the ring.

I'd also argue that even though Angle was better as a heel, he was a pretty good face too, and Triple H to me always was best as a heel and not that good as a face.

It sounds like I'm trashing HHH but I like him too. But for this poll I chose Angle.
