I think more than anything people never believed in the first place.
because if they did they would have been moving different in the first place.
most people are happy being "average" so they spend their time thinking and behaving like average people.
truth is they came to terms with their averageness a long time ago
I agree. It’s kind of like the students in school. It’s some you could tell were trending towards something bigger. And it’s some that were already barely making it due to whatever reason. Basically it’s that dog. I thought I had a lot of dog in me until I met people with more dog.
I’ll use this as an example I used to box a bit in my hometown. Well when I was coming up it was during the time frame of a few boxers in my area (Cincinnati). My uncle is one of the better boxing coaches in the area and a former boxer. So I was thought to have some good lineage and in the neighborhood I was known as someone who had hands especially for my size. So he started training me.
Long story short it was a few other boxers in the area 2 of them in particular both were professionals eventually (Ricardo Williams/Craig Tucker). When we were in HS these cats would wake up at 4 am do their cardio road work etc and conditioning and than go to school. After school they would train. Basically they were more driven than me and outworked me. I can admit that now. I was outworked. And that’s not saying that I didn’t work hard but no I didn’t wake up at 4 instead I’d wait until 6 or 7. So they got that 2-3 hours of preparedness and preparation and skill enhancement while I was sleep or trying to fukk on some chick.
You have to do the work and when you are knocked down get back up and reattack. A lot of people never attack in the first place none the less get back up after being knocked down.
