I mean in lbsPast 20% it starts becoming more and more dramatic
As I stated in the sticky taking pics was my best indicator
I did every 10lbs but you could do every 2 weeks which would probably be better
Seeing your cut pics lets me know you could be the goat here, I know strength gains has been your passion but i wouldn't waste that aesthetic potential, you got your whole life for PRs![]()
I mean in lbs
15lbs i would say is when it becomes obvious that you have lost weight
not necessarily

while yeah you can see the weight loss, it doesnt immediately jump out that it was 40 lbs
but at 160

those 20lbs are almost the same kind of jump
and youve seen my pics in the 150 range which isnt even a full 10lbs
all i know is once you start the better it will be, you have more muscle mass than me too so once you DO get closer to 12% itll be MUCH more dramatic than how mine is
