Breh, Atlanta has that revitalization project going on. You can get a condo in the city fornlike 70k. The city was giving out all kinds of incentives when we get our spot.

West side of the city for the most part right or the beltline? Can't be too many more condos for that cheap still around.

Some of y'all overrating the shyt outta Perimeter...Atlanta/Dunwoody is a really nice part of town and I enjoy Perimeter too, but in no way shape or form is Perimeter better than Lenox. Not even close

Midtown off Peachtree between 10th & 12th St is probably the best bar/club district in ATL. Opera, Krave, kouture, etc. Great area to party at
