Yea, because the point here really should be "ATL ain't as bad as some other parts of the country". It's 2016 and folk are still out here being irresponsible sexually spreading diseases at extremely high rates. That's inexcusable.

You also gotta keep in mind that alotta gay ppl in NO live in Dallas and Houston as well. i dunno about all this....i'd never seen all gay department stores until I went to ATL. New Orleans is home of the bounce and we all know big freeda, but like you said, they literally MOVE to ATL though so these HIV rates are literally coming from all over the country making that city look bad

Cuz nobody knows shyt about the NO outside the quarter. They got a whole tranny culture down there. They even got they own genre of rap. But again you'd have to go to the hood to see it.
