People are going to have unprotected sex regardless of personal responsibility or not what @Poitier is pointing out is that the demographic community (gay blacks) with the highest chance of getting the disease are being stripped of the resources to educate themselves on how to prevent infection, this is being done purposely and systematically.

How are they being stripped of resources? There are more free clinics in the hood than any other areas of the city. There are hospitals, test centers, and community centers that give out free condoms and free aids tests. There are churches and advocacy groups that give out needles and hospitals in the poor areas that have needle exchanges. Show me some proof that these "white" programs exist in privileged areas and they don't in poor areas, or are being stripped.

You think some 16-21 yr old in the closet gay boy is thinking about sexual responsibility?

Or a dude who just did a ten year bid and was gay in jail but now fukking women?

Or a drug abuser sharing needles?

So what you're telling me is that the issue isn't they don't have the resources, but safety isn't a priority of theirs?
