It's because Atlanta have a high population of gay, bisexual and DL men. U take that with the black gay male population being so small...those gay and bi men sleep with each other and the sex circle is so small...leads to high velocity of the spread of the virus. Then heterosexual blacks also tend to lead with having kids out of wedlock which means some of those people have too many flings and they don't get a chance to fully learn and know their partners and their practices. U gotta worry about who ur partner fuked and who those folks fuked. Then u add the high incarceration rate for minority men...some of those men learned homosexuality. Then factor in trannies and how easily those trannies can turn out supposedly straight males. And a lot of bisexual men and women in the world to spread the virus around the different sexual orientation circles.

A medical professional told me the CDC also group gay, bi, down low and trannies together and label them MSM...men who sex men. This is because u have so many bisexual men who don't want to be labeled gay or bisexual. They call themselves heterosexual but still sex men.

And don't forget the IV drug users. I guess it makes sense how our black community is so vulnerable to the virus. Our community is much smaller than whites and we are more anti gay.

How do you accurately identify DL men?

My armchair statistician method is to take reported gay numbers and just triple it for all the DL dudes and gays who don't report.
