Everyone I know here from Detroit and Michigan are cool as fukk. They don’t be on any dumb shyt. They would have stayed up there if that’s the case.

I used to hear from my uncle and cousins in Atlanta that shyt wasnt sweet at all, and this was back in the early 90s. I never viewed Atlanta as a place you run to because it is "safe". Most ppl I knew that moved there did so because there were better opportunities than where they were.



And most of the ppl that were misplaced because of Katrina were just happy to have somewhere to go.

I moved to Atlanta 2 years now. I'm from the Bronx and been around since the inception of nyc blood shyt.

I met madddd Chicago nikkas out here. They turned out atlanta. This is Chicago.

I didn't realize how close Chicago and all those other cities were until I moved here.

I used to be like Alabama? Tennese? Illiinois? Ohhhhh

Yup. That was the Deep South and it was mostly full of poor, new, white trash slave owners unlike South Carolina, Maryland and Virginia that had wealthy, wannabe aristocratic slave plantations. They were all white trash though. But in a slave’s mind, Mississippi was like going to the favelas.
