Bro, Ponce ain't even sexy like that. You say Ponce City market and People's logic goes out the door. It's a neat area that people go on dates to, grab a bite, and show people from out of town. Also Atlanta doesn't have median income to justify 7k rentals or 3k 1br...that's a San Fran thing. Prices like that are set for areas in cities that have long history of being desired, Ponce is a new force fed idea
