I seen this happen by my house once. A condo went up. They overpriced it and eventually they had to bring the numbers down. This was like 15 years ago tho so I’m not sure how it would look today since prices are spiraling out of control

99 West Paces is like 15 mins away from this and their starting rent is $3k for 722 sq ft, granted it looks MUCH better than OP imo. Probably the best looking apartments I've seen.
