I see a lot nikkas not from ATL talking about stuff in ATL like they know the situation down here. And worst part you are talking badly bout kids. If you selling water in 90+, you are not one making bad decision. you are doing what you can and within your means to make money.

"What don't they get a job": unemployment for black teen is very high and also requires proper transportation. Before you even say the bus, a lot of these places are not serviced at all.

"What about summer programs": that requires transportation to get to, and as the city demographic changes and people continue to get pushed out, not catering to them

It is a bad decision this shyt is dusty and a waste of time

ohh no, It ain't. nikkas ain't selling water nowhere else in this country. This is a systemic issue. What can be done to address "some" of this issue is providing better transportation & funding of programs. You know like stuff that requires you to go outside and engage w/ the community instead of ragging on kids for being young and dumb at their age.

2) MARTA as of now primarily serves the immediate Atlanta area. So there’s no McDonalds, or Wal-Mart, grocery store.. food chain.. car services… none of that exists in the Atlanta area?

3) so there’s zero school programs or busy activities children can attend during the summer? So mfs just wake up, go to work or school, and come home as their regular routine

If this was Cobb, I can see it.. but in Fulton County (South since we’re talking about Atlanta) there’s no function for young teenagers in the city to partake in?

3) Defunded schools don't have summer programs or the funds to host students. A lot of activities are fund outside of school and/or company/community. funded. "Walmart, Mcdonald, etc", you mean the places that filled w/ adults workers.
