your argument would be valid if the situation of things were different in cities with decent public transportation.ohh no, It ain't. nikkas ain't selling water nowhere else in this country. This is a systemic issue. What can be done to address "some" of this issue is providing better transportation & funding of programs. You know like stuff that requires you to go outside and engage w/ the community instead of ragging on kids for being young and dumb at their age.
in Chicago they bang on buckets or do the fake "im raising money for my baseball team" thing.
