I couldn’t wait to get out of there, felt like a hostage in the theater

I can’t believe ppl actually like this BS. Intellectually insulting and terrible acting
lol, I wasn’t even mad we had to dip out early. I’m like here we are again with Sully and the Colonel fighting in a burning ship that’s about to meet its fate.

I fukked with The Way of Water heavy because of the messaging about family and fatherhood. I thought it was really well done.

But I was really frustrated watching this because it’s pretty much Avatar 2A. Script is silly and a lazy ass copy/paste of the sequel in MANY parts/areas.

The whole shyt with the Ash people seemed rushed, dense and we didn’t even learn enough about them. What was their purpose really and how did it end with their horny queen?

I swear if this fukkin Quatrich is still alive because the Ash people saved him from the fire he fell into, I’m done.

Enough with him and enough with Spider unless he’s going to be Quatrich on steroids in the future.

has a main character ever in the history of film been killed off screen? even in No Country we get to see a body. i can't think of a single instanse of it happening yet people will ALWAYS fall for the off-screen death

if Disney doesn't let Big Jim make 4 and 5 he can just say, "oh yeah, he died btw."

Saw it again. Feelings didn't change.

1. Spider is a terrible actor.
2. Kitty and that old lady voice is a no.
3. The Ash people were basically a camp of drug addicts.
4. The mom (Zoey) is literally the best character in the movie and stunning as a Navi
5. They made a whole bish out of the leader of the Water Tribe. Since when does he just do whatever Jake tells him to do?
6. The wife of the leader of the water tribe has the most common sense of anyone in the movie (although she was wrong about the weapons).
7. How did the lead whale get all that jewelry and shyt?
8. Aywa (however you spell it) is really slacking on this goddess protection shyt.
9. The amount of the flying/swimming dinosaur horses things that died was crazy...and no one gave a fukk expect Kitty lol
10. I know everyone had high hopes for the leader of the Ash people but ya'll she was basically just a sexy crackhead.
11. The Navi need to basically get together and destroy the human city. Why are they even allowing that shyt to exist?

This was best of the 3 imo. I just watched Avatar 2 again and I don't think they are the same movie like people are complaining. There's a lot of differences and 3 doesn't have that huge stretch watching them learn the way of water. Action and visuals were all amazing and looked better than the first 2. Neytiri was lighting shyt up. Liked seeing Colonel and Sully team up too. Hope they team up again in the next one. Also, Varang is def pregnant with Quaritch's baby. Another reason he'll probably switch sides in 4. If you don't see this in IMAX 3D you are missing out.

Avatar 8/10
The Way of Water 8.5/10
Fire and Ash 9/10

Way of Water had a couple really amazing classic James Cameron action set pieces / sequences. It felt like this one didn't have any tbh.
