Boseman doesnt get cancer, Majors knows better how to deal with women

Biggest budget films ever with two black actors as the leads :mjcry:

Oh man, Chadwick 100% would’ve been the hero to lead the new Avengers in the Multiverse Saga had he not passed away.

I feel like they’re still trying to find out who that person is supposed to be. We’ll see what Mackie can do next year as Cap though.

:mjcry:I guess T’challa yet again won’t share the big screen with one of his rivals. First Namor now DOOM crazy.

Thats the craziest and most offensive shyt to me. You “retire” T’Challa, the greatest black comic superhero of ALL TIME due to one actors untimely death (RIP Chadwick Boseman) but can have variants of Doom/Stark running around like its nothing.

Also not continuing the Kang saga with a recasted actor is bullshyt too. Black male characters are getting the fukking SHAFT in these MCU films and its really beginning to look and feel like the WRONG sort of agenda.

BTW, 2026 doesn't seem like a realistic date at all. I know they always end up pushing the dates back when they need it but even the date announcement reeks of "get hyped pleeeeaaaaase" desperation.

I guess Feige was told his job was on the line or something :pachaha:
As long as he isn't playing himself as Doom, it works. Stark had a life and personality that mirrored RDJ's, so it was natural. RDJ will have to play the anti-Stark version of Doom.

And if you can't see them as different characters, that's really on you. But, damn that bag must've been hefty
I mean, Downey is a dope actor so I think he could potentially give us an interesting Victor Von Doom. But these type of movies tend to be more about hype and marketing so I'm not putting much faith in the MCU keeping RDJ under a mask and letting him cook as Doom. It would have to take all four of Downey, the Russos and Feige not wanting to go the safe way ("Tony Stark as Doom, go to the theater to see it!") and I'm gonna be skeptical about it until the movie is finally out tbh :pachaha:

The thing is you could have KEPT Kang and still had RDJ as Emperor Doom.

He was rumored to be in the movies anyway and him being Emperor Doom would be a nice side character.
Making him the main focus is just so rushed.

They must really be resetting the MCU completely after 2027.
Problem with that is you would have ran the risk of RDJ overshadowing the main big bad even that wasn’t the plan.

And this is the biggest problem to me. Even as someone who loved Wakanda Forever.

The MCU needed Boseman. He would have been the bridge through this tough time as something to latch onto with the MCU. Its tough cause I think recasting right away would have still not hit the same either. It would have been better cause you still got a T'Challa, but people are attached to actors they've seen for a while.

Just look at Deadpool 3 (and a couple cameos) and RDJ coming back.

Boseman living = T'Challa living/active = MCU in a healthier place.

Still hope with the Russos back they maybe bring in a T'Challa from that Doom's world trying to stop him.
