We’d like if you took 3-5 minutes to explain the problem and actually listened to our solution. Instead it takes 20-30 minutes, most of it is being pure complaints, and then pushback on our proposed solution. Men generally like to solve problems, sure… but we also generally hate wasting time and energy on fruitless complaints and whining.

Have a problem, come up with a solution, see if it works… if not, try another solution. That’s it, lol. I don’t need to vent about it
