He could have fell in the water by mistake breh, no one might have killed him just might have been a tragic accident.

His school was near the water and they saw him on camera at a place near the water. I think he got spooked ran out the school, somehow fell in a body of water and....

Anybody who lives in New York would go at the sheer extent they used for this kid. At a point it was getting redundant. It was very, very much out the norm.

I would've worded it differently, but there was an unusually high amount of focus on his search. For all the weeks, the subway announcements around Manhattan and Queens would get interrupted by advisories about Oquendo, definitely a first for the system. Maybe cuz he was mute and special needs? Will the MTA and the NYPD do the same thing the next time a child goes missing? Also, there were other children and special needs people who went missing, and I saw flyers in Queens for them, but where were their subway announcements and news reports?

Not gonna go so far as to ask who cares about him, and I hope the case gets closed for the family's and the city's sake, but still, anyone who is around Manhattan n Queens knows how much attention this child received compared to others who went missing at the time .
