Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
why do we accept that her way of speaking is black? I don’t speak like that. We shouldn’t accept these stereotypes.
Because it was invented by black people. And when we used our slang, like every culture and language has their own slang, we were told it was ignorant, immature, not educated, not good english, embarrassing, broken, etc etc etc..

Then every other race slides in, uses it, also copying our way of dress, mannerisms, and music... And they are propped up and praised for it..

So whether you like it or talk like it or what... Just agree that we as black people did invent it and it is worth something, or they wouldn't keep trying to take it. I mean how many fukking actors and movies circle around an outsiders being "down" as the main plot point?

Next time anyone catches me slippin' I'm using this...

It's just a very multifaceted and layered situation. :manny:
A really good non answer when you gotta Juelz your way out of work related issues and not take the L.

Manager can't hold me accountable for not doing my job if I just simply say "a very multifaced layered situation" :hubie:

She shoulda just said " Fukk outta hea! I'm from Queens! Southside in this bytch!!"
Basically. All that juelzing about it being “multi-faceted” just looks pitiful and like the cultural appropriation accusations ring true. I don’t know anything about this bytch. She doesn’t seem that funny, but if her “blaccent” does originate from her experiences being around Black people in NYC and she goes in that bag for acting and comedy she should just tell people she’ll talk how she wants to on screen and anybody who has a problem can fukk off. :unimpressed:

"I was young and I loved the culture and I didn't know it was wrong. I'm so sorry. I will take steps to get better and do better."

Why do these million dollar PR firms not get it. It could all be so simple.
I think she's hyped up off the juice Asians are getting in the media

Ain’t no Black people there and she does not intend to change.
