Super professional bad ass 20-30 something Black women is Union Station during rush hour, afrocentrics, college students, with a peppering of ratchets is the Howard U section of Georgia Ave, young ratchets is Gallery, super ratchets is damn near the whole Southeast, white washed black chicks/college chicks is Foggy Bottom/G-Town.
