It's not so much that her english is BAD, as much as it is that there's a lot of very particular terms in our line of work.
Example: A policyholder can give consent for entry of grounds or deny entry. An occupant cannot give consent CAN deny entry. Sometimes she says she talked to the occupant but really she only talked to the policyholder.
So when she sends us to a house and she talked to the Landlord but not the tenant and the tenant denies us access to the property its annoying as shyt because we wasted the drive AND we have to come back another day.
By trying to keep everything between us and her and working together to get it resolved rather than calling her boss every 3 days.
