if you think CJ and Caleb played on the same level then you're telling on yourself :francis:

Show me where I said they "played on the same level" I said they were both ass because it's true. If you want to argue about who was more terrible go ahead, it was CJ..

Bottom line, they both sucked. If Caleb plays better they beat the Rams. He threw 3 INT. Stop being biased and look at the reality of the situation.

They were both ass. CJ was historically ass and Caleb threw three picks that cost his team. Wrong day to bump this one lmao

Man I might up this thread the next decade.
I’ll say it again: you can tell who’s NEVER been an athlete. CJ is now a couple bad games from being benched.

‘Nah he gotta listen, CJ is where he wanna be” :dead:
CJ was feeling himself after one playoff run and hanging out with Brady and them was what that post said, and it was semi sarcastic. But also true, dude had the right to feel himself a bit. But the bigger your head the more people will laugh their ass off when you get humbled; it’s all in the game :manny:

Caleb wasn't ass, he was dialed in from rip and unfortunately, his receivers were not locked in on the same level. There had to be legitimately like 6 drops or more on multiple explosive plays. Rome dropped that TD on the first drive and then 2 plays later you get a pick, that doesn't happen if Rome just catches the damn ball.

So just pulling up stats for these 2 games for CJ and Caleb is not IT. Drake Maye threw a pick and had 4 fumbles, but he won, so nobody talking about it.

Caleb threw 3 picks, and 2 of them were plays that never really should of even be called or happened. That last pick to DJ was a clusterfukk, but it really never even should have been called from the sideline because why are you even entertaining that shyt when you are moving the ball and you only need a FG to win. Caleb is only in year 2, so as bad as that play looked, I have to place some of the blame on Ben for even dialing that bullshyt up

If CJ played like Caleb yesterday they might win that game, if Caleb played like CJ the Rams win by 20+

And I've been critical and harsh on Caleb's accuracy since he's entered the league. He's been off more than I was expecting, but last night he was really on point for the majority of this throws. There were so many drops from everybody that you cannot just look at his completion % this time. He wasn't just throwing shyt 10 yards over nikkas heads. He was hitting guys on the hands and they were dropping shyt.

It was frigid and freezing, but if your QB is making those kind of passes, the WRs and TEs gotta catch those balls. Even Loveland before he went down had 2 or 3 drops and he never drops the ball

I'm talking about it in another thread. Caleb made some plays and his receivers had some drops but he also air mailed quite a few passes and yes 3 of them were intercepted and two should have never been thrown in the first place.
CJ looked completely lost in back to back games. Houston's defense played amazing as well, so in relation to this thread, CJ's regression and Caleb's play this year completely flips their status IMO.

CJ looked so bad that the half-time show during yesterday's game was literally debating whether or not the Texans should bench him going into the 3rd Quarter

He looked completely overwhelmed, where as Caleb literally had one of the most unbelievable plays you'll ever see in an NFL game. They are not the same.

Perhaps here is where he went wrong :heh:

From this interaction, to his ‘I’m getting old’ comment. He had a false sense of security and ‘making it’. We don’t know the work he puts in so I won’t go THAT far and say he stopped trying to get better (but it sure looks like it)

What we can say is he didn’t account for the maniacal level of detail DCs put in and how they almost always figure you out to some degree after a year of tape

You’re almost better off being mid with room to improve (Maye, Allen, baker) as opposed to fast success that may be fools gold

I agree but this adversity is good for him, what’s bad for him is that he has an elite defense that gives him a better W/L record than what he performs. Hopefully he understands that average dudes could take it that far with that defense.

To his defense though, wasn’t his TE and WR1/WR2 gone? So next season might look better if he actually learns from his mistakes too

Boy the takes in this thread :dead:

You really taking a victory lap after that game Caleb had yesterday:gucci:

One looked great and has fallen on tough times. The other has never looked great despite the team around him. Put CJ on the Bears and then lets see what happens. Thats a trade that makes perfect sense.
