Dave Ramsey built a financial empire of giving people bad advice that in a very short window works out. He's like the health coach that tells you to permanently eat in a caloric deficit for the rest of your life. After a certain point that's to your detriment but he still says do it. His tools are mostly for people facing complete financial oblivion.Stephen Graham is the financial guru these people should be following. He’s successful and he likes to use math instead of telling you buy a 92 beat up civic. He also understands how to finance and use credit cards the right way.
He literally has the formula that I teach to people on how to get 800 credit scores yet people still blow money on credit repair people who are finessing them
Graham Stephan (if that's who you meant) is more about frugality and common sense finance. Living within your means and saving money where you can. He's all for credit and getting stuff back for spending money. He is a much better coach than Ramsey.
I kinda like Ramit Sethi's advice.
