HBO programming is unavailable in Harlem, the signal is distorted and the frequency is too mango for Harlem manufactured televisions to register.
Furthermore our Harlem ISP blocks the HBO streaming applications and website. You cannot even circumvent the system with a fruity VPN, Harlem tech is too strongly encrypted with a teflon firewall.
