I woulda cut them out and took Nance, but that draft compensation better be down the line and unprotected.

getting the 1st round pick back is key (and we got a 2nd) - we needed to replenish draft capital after the Vuce trade

GarPax would legit prob have just let Lauri sign an offer sheet and walk - or would have paid him 18 mil to stay

Depending on what the league does we could have 2 picks this next draft

My guess is we are going to lose a couple 2nd rd picks only way we won't see that 1st from Portland is if they trade Dame something I don't see happening

We can either use Derrick in a deal at the deadline or he comes off the books at the end of the season [9 million]

If Portland doesn't make the lottery we get 2 1st in the upcoming draft

And got a 5 million dollar trade exception from Houston for the DT trade.

Idk what the Cavs doing but it ended up working out nicely for us. Bulls still got some spots to fill out on the roster. It'll be interesting to see what they do next.
