He hit 2 shots under 2 minutes. With all the friction and noise around this team and specifically Zach and DeMar, I was thinking it would make sense for Zach to get the last shot for morale moving forward. Not another terrible turn around contested jumper from DeMar.

Hell, Pat got a play to win it against NYK.



Just odd that the play last night wasn't for him considering that he had it going late.

Eh...the problem with his iso plays is that it's not sustainable and actually hurts the team when he misses them. We saw that last night when he almost shot us out of the game.

I think the main thing is we want to see Billy actually try and draw up plays instead of just going straight to iso ball. Bulls go lucky last night's because of Ayo's game winner.

Both of these nikkas are capable of making tough shots. It literally makes no fukking sense to ALWAYS draw up the last play for the same dude when you have another legit option. Zach wasn't on bullshyt last night, played well on both sides, was making shots late. You're paying this dude 200+ million, yes, he should be getting looks at the end of games.

Why be predictable on purpose? The shyt made no sense, and the shot they ended up getting turned out to be a damn air ball. It even makes less sense considering they just played this team not that long ago, and ran a similar brain dead play in OT that only worked because some dumbass committed a foul on a prayer of a shot.

Haynes typically gets leaks/info from the players or their camps directly. I thought this was common knowledge.

If you say so. That said, I actually want him traded so Billy can commit to moving Pat up the pecking order and push the team toward team offense. For as good as Demar is, for a month now i've peeped how he kills the offense. Team be down 15, get back in the game, and then Demar comes off the bench and isos rather than keep doing what was working. For 6 or so minutes yesterday, he singlehandedly stomped on the offense in the third.

He hasn't found a way to eat if he can't hold it. His defense is the definition of "Ole", and he doesn't like to fastbreak. There was a play where Coby pitched the ball across court and got an easy layup for his man. Demar might have caught that, put his hand up to signal to slow down, and wasted the possession.
Lets not forget if he thinks he gets fouled and doesn't get up to play defense. We got enough of that from Zach. Demar has been nice but I am 100% ready to see him go for a servicable cheap pass-first PG and a Wing player (would have to cut someone like Tony Bradley for space). It's not just that I am annoyed by him, but we see how well the team works with movement as mentioned and Demar is not our future. Zach, Ayo, and Pat are. Zo too if he comes back healthy.
