The wildest shyt I'm seeing from Bulls fans is how they can watch WCJ and Lauri play great basketball and still write off Pat like they haven't learned shyt these last 2 years.

Imo ayo is more a Caruso type then a lonzo type which is cool. Personally I would like to see Caruso minutes down a bit and ayo take those minutes. But we need a pace pusher. Ayo trying but he not there yet.Yeah, I don't know why some brehs feel compelled to start talking that "Who needs Lonzo" noise whenever Ayo does something good. It always ends with coming down to earth and realizing there's levels to it. I'm grateful that Ayo is a dog and he has a bright future, but Lonzo has such great basketball IQ and makes magic with how he sees the court and sets brehs up.

I like the Fleming short term idea. I think we had a 9 game winning streak with him coaching most of those games and I remember thinking he looks better than Billy out thereThere are only a few tweaks that can be done with this roster as it is. If they don't want to make any trades, they can look at going with Chris Fleming as interim HC. See how that goes for the rest of the year, then make a decision on him or target Ime. They interviewed him, there's already a relationship there, it makes sense. Plus by the off-season, he won't be as toxic as a candidate as he was a few weeks ago when the BK rumors were swirling.
I took a look at the Bulls splits and numbers during Fleming's run as HC. Small sample size, but they averaged 120 points, 25 assists, and shot 48% from 3 in that stretch which was only 5 games. (This was without Lonzo btw). They were starting Coby, Zach, DeMar, Green and Vuc. For comparison, the Bulls under Donovan in these 3 years have hovered around 111 PPG as a team. This is all we really have to go off of in terms of seeing what these same guys "could" look like with a different voice/direction for how the offense operates.
Fleming also garnered some votes in the NBA pre-season survey from peers for best assistant coaches around the league.
In terms of the lineups, they can look at Dragic... I guess. As he would be a vet that would be able to direct things better than Ayo. You also would be inserting a better shooter with the main guys. (Dragic is shooting 44% from 3 so far this year; Ayo is at 33% from 3)
Other than that, I don't think you take Pat out because he's actually playing defense and smart teams will just look to post Green up and compromise our already mid defense. Billy should however play Green more off the bench at the wing with Pat also on the floor. Pat is also low-key the 2nd best 3PT shooter on the team % wise. So you keep him in the starting lineup. By adding Dragic, the Bulls now how 3 guys shooting close to or over 40% from 3 and Zach LaVine who hopefully starts getting his shyt together (he's at 36% right now)
With this roster, if they are gonna roll with it, they can surround DeMar with their best defenders and let him go vintage AI in Philly (nights when Vuc isn't on shyt and Zach is a lemon)
That's all I got. Coby White had some really great games during that stretch under Fleming too. He really was a difference maker until he just started to suck later on in the year.
I do dragic or coby to start to space the floor and possibly add some 3pt shooting. This helps alot if Donovan is going to continue to insist on dumping the ball down to vuc early in games. A shooter on the floor would be a guy vuc can play off of when help is coming to him.
I do think pwill would fare better off the bench beating up on 2nd units. Djj or green is needed for energy. Pwill doesn't bring that. We need high energy for the starting 5. Thing is pwill can check in mid 1st qt and if he has it going then play him more that game even finish with him.
I also don't think lavine will remain this horrible

Rose washed up ass was on his way out the league til thibs saved him in minny& Jimmy was acquired by a team that had better players than the bulls had at the time.Bulls didn’t have bam,dragic,herro & crowder to help in 2017
