It’s unnecessary because you have to get approved to do it. You don’t get to move around how you want to while you on parole or probation even if you ain’t a rapper you have to get permission to leave the state. I had a death in the family but I couldn’t go to the out of state funeral without letting my p.o. know and asking for permission. And he did break his agreement because you agree not to be around convicted felons while your on parole. It’s 1000s of muhfukkas who have been sent back to prison because of violating parole. Staying away from convicted felons is one of the many stipulations you gotta follow.
