When you got three kids and a wife with a crazy baby mother with no care for anyone but herself and I am dealing with major health issues, you just don't realize how much pain I am in right now.

My wife holding us down but for how long. Child support hate nikkas. Idk breh, this shyt is killing me
I think I'm cool on kids...

As incompetent and disorganized most IT Departments are run these days I don't let job rejection bother me. Mainly because I don't really care about IT like that anymore and will eventually transition out. After I steal some more money getting paid 6 figures for talking shyt.

You gotta realize companies are hiring overseas like crazy during the pandemic. I'm seeing virtually all entry level jobs going to places like India and Poland. The applicants they hire on the US have to not only overqualified for the position. But able to do the job of 3 different full-time employees to make the salary compatible to what they pay clowns overseas.

My last company laid off 2 people on a team and reassigned another. Then expected me to take over they're job duties. In addition to the job they hired me for which was completely different. All so they could save money on salaries despite making Billions. I literally laughed in their face and quit 3 weeks later. And I'm about to do the same thing to my current employer.

You might need to start looking into state government and Federal IT rather than private sector. Job security is better and you don't have the ridiculous job requirements or crushing workload.
@Originalman been trying tell us for years about government contract jobs :wow:

I'm in HTX and in a similar situation as you.
I'm employed but looking for a new job, (or a second WFH job :lolbron:). My main thing is I really want WFH, my quality of life has gone up so much since I started doing it last March.
I did a third interview with a company the Friday before labor day, they told me I was "inspiring" but then I haven't heard a word back since. We'll see if they reach out, but it's only 50% WFH so I'm not sure I'll take it anyway.

I hate interviewing for jobs/job hunting. Like you, I also had a bad experience with a racist person interviewing me.

How do you find recruiters to reach out to? That's one route I've never gone.
Can we start a thread on getting a second WFH job. I'm really interested in this. :dwillhuh:

Look at everything you did in your career. If there
is a job shortage in that field, they are willing to do remote because it's hard to find talent and tailor your resume to that. Got massively overpaid doing that for what's to do. I am trying to make 400k a year doing this

Ain't no one ever gonna control my livelihood again

I feel you, that's going be me, once I'm done with my masters.

I actually don't even want to live in the US, because it's mad cheap to live abroad while getting paid here. That's the goal.

I would love to leave but no one pays like America. The thing is, this remote shyt just makes it even harder to get on. White people always hiring the best white person for the job. I got two jobs where I was the only mf interviewing. Even if they wanted someone white, they couldn't find anybody. I am usually an overachiever with a killer resume but I am going to be a smart business manager who handles everyone by the book moving forward and the goal is to be a million in a year or two. I need to get 10 million. I am seeing people build skyscrapers and everything nice. I am friends with this breh who's a beast corp-wise. VP and all. We gonna build major apartments at some point. I want to be condos and shyt. I want to be a billionaire. My wife getting her RE license, we gonna win. If I can bring more brehs with me, I will. That's what we gotta do for each other.

This corp shyt ain't for us. We gotta use them, not them use us. I see dumber mfers winning, you think I don't want that shyt. I do! This being broke shyt woke me the fukk up. I was comfortable and shyt.
