Good Lord people are getting softer by the day


wrestling was "PG" for the most part in the late 80's early 90's and STILL I saw a dude get locked in a coffin, saw a voodoo master use black magic on a wrestler numerous times, a cat get bit by a snake, saw a woman get slapped, I saw a police officer get handcuffed to a rope and beaten by a prisoner in a jump suit and that's just the WWF AND this was all on saturday mornings yet I somehow became a productive member of society.

Guess what the difference was, moms always watched wrestling with me and explained shyt that needed to be explained and walked me thru shyt that didn't add up, she didn't write letters begging an entertainment company to her job as a parent.

If you get USA Network in your home, you're usually paying for some type of Cable or Satellite service that comes with some type of PARENTAL CONTROL where you can block access to what you deem offensive to your kids

If you fail to use the V-Chip and control what is televised in your home that's on you. The rest of us shouldn't suffer cause you can't do your job as a parent and control what your kids view

This is how Lord Zedd from Power Rangers got ruined, he came in and crushed the building making the rangers fall back. Then moms started to complain about Zedd being "too scary" and they made him a comedy villain as a result. If people are complaining about it (parents on a corporate level, not the IWC whining on message boards), then they are doing something right. Just politely remind them these are all characters taking part in a story. After that, fukk 'em!
