I don't call those leadership skills, I call that pushing folks around trying to rule over people and being a bully. He might have autism, I get that however, even kids with autism have rules they have to follow or they get punished.

breh, the young bul was dishin the rock.

as for the bolded, yea, but theres nobody there to punish him.

if he has it, i can relate cuz my cousin has autism, but lived a normal life outside of school. he wasnt doing outrageous stuff like this kid but his thing was testing nuts. he was alpha. he stayed beefed up, and would be the 1st one stepping up for our cousins' beefs. but he knew how to play it cool when authority was around.

if we broke off at a chuck e. cheese, we wouldve got into a "gang fight". dead-ass.

this kid looks better off tho. like he probably just "has ADHD". and hes probably young ass f*ck. hes probably like four.

See yall quick to be giving children these harsh ass judgements but thing is I grew up with a lil brother who used to wild out like that alot

But he's 19 now and he's more cool headed now

America is filled with a bunch of soft mufckers who forgot how to deal with children so they quick to diagnose em with bullsht like "ADD"and sht, instead of truly raising em

This a bad ass lil nikka his parents aint putting in work but at the same time..locking him up aint the answer either..we as black men know how useless the correctional system is for us

Nikka prolly dnt have a daddy around

While his actions are the opposite of normal behavior in a social setting, we should find out if the normal behavior throughout his social are the opposite as well. Basically, this kid might be exhibiting social behavior that is not normal but also not so different or "opposite". Haven't we all seen it socially?

This shyt made me fukking angry. Every grown man in that video need they ass whoop. That kid weighs 30lbs pick his young goofy ass up and take him to the back office or some shyt. Parents obviously dont care. Your kids missing for more than 10mins and you're no where to be found. fukking sad. And then you got fukk boys in here making jokes of people who have been killed by police. This shyt crazy
No. It's the employee's responsibility to do that if the childs parents are not there. People shouldn't put their hands on a child that isn't theirs. Especially men.

I may be misreading your post however,

Why is it okay for a woman to spank that kid's behind and not a man to do it. The kid could have ended up getting hurt. Truth be told, someone could have be protecting his safety by grabbing him and showing him that stuff like that doesn't fly.
Because it just isn't according to most people. Most people see it as abuse when men do things like that. Just like how they act strange with men around kids thinking that he might be a pedo. That's just how people are. It's wrong, but .

So should they allow the brat to run around attacking other peoples kids? Sometimes a swat on the backside can fix that. Furthermore, women are just as capable of abusing kids like men can. There has been a number of news stories that show this example.

its taboo for men to handle other peoples' kids. i think thats what she meant.

alot of men dont even like to be around kids that they dont know. you could be helping a kid get up off the ground, but all it takes is a kid to say "he touched me".

now if she meant that a man disciplining his own seeds is abuse, then i cant cosign that part.

No, I don't think she meant that, to be fair, I don't think she meant that it was abuse to discipline your own child as a man.

I follow however, you have some folks saying things like, "Where are the men and why won't they handle it", if that's the case and you (saying you in general and not you specifically) want the men to handle it, there might have to be a swat involved.
